My Team

I’m building a team. A team of amazing people.

I’m gradually pulling a handful of these people closer to me, in blended friendship, learning, and productive work relationships. I help them as much as I can, and seek to know them personally, without ulterior motives. They’ve already helped me 20 times over, in unpredictable ways.

It’s been interesting to watch this happen through my first 18 months in Silicon Valley. Many of my team have come out of my early connections and roles. Most aren’t yet well known, but are creating impressive things. A few are a couple steps ahead of me. One or two have had large scale success.

To a person, they’re sharp, inspired and have integrity.There’s proof of this, in their actions, over time. We weave in and out as we build things together, work together, and support each other professionally and personally.

My team is critical. Everybody should be building their own team like this.
